Why the order is divided into multiple packages?
Due to a large number of new orders, our inventory is insufficient, so it takes some time to produce the goods, please understand. In order to enable you to receive the package as soon as possible, we will give priority to the goods in stock. The out-of-stock items will be sent to you immediately after the product arrives, so the order will be divided into multiple packages, please check!

In addition, you don’t need to pay multiple shipping fees. Orders that meet the free shipping do not need to pay shipping fees, and orders that do not meet the shipping conditions only need to pay one shipping fee.

Return Policy

Standard Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at gilwavo, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange unused merchandise in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
All items will be put into production Within 12 hours after we receive payment. Therefore, any cancellation after this time will incur a 20% material and processing fee. Generally, personalized/special orders are not allowed to be cancelled once production begins, so please double-check your personalized information before submitting your order,
If you insist on canceling your customized order, a 50% customization and material processing fee will be incurred. If you have any questions before placing an order, please feel free to contact our customer service representative.
Return and Exchange Instructions
1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for returns and exchanges must not exceed 30 days from receipt of the original order.
3. All items must be in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. Please use your local post office when returning goods. If we fail to receive the return package sent back via other carriers, the buyer needs to bear the loss.
5. When returning goods, any promotional gifts received must be sent together with the returned goods. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gifts will be deducted from the refund.
Note:
1. The return address is not the address on the package, so please contact our customer service first and obtain a return authorization.
2. The return and re-shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
3. Although you may have enjoyed free or underrated shipping, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. If it is a free shipping order, the postage will be deducted.
gilwavo will resend new products in the following cases.
1. The customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is damaged or defective. (For damaged or defective items, customers must contact gilwavo customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.)
Refunds
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the return package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account.
Please note:
Standard shipping costs before discounts will apply and are non-refundable. While you may have received free or discounted shipping, we do cover the original shipping costs for each order. Therefore, we do not refund original shipping costs.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
