Washing/Conditioning

 *Gently brush the wig to remove any teasing or tangles.

 *Holding the wig/hairpiece in your hands, wet with cool water.

 *Gently work shampoo through hair from top to bottom with your fingers. Rinse  with cool water.

 *Gently pat dry hair with a towel. Avoid wringing or twisting.

 *Apply wig conditioner and follow drying instructions.

Drying

 *Place wig on a wig stand or can of hairspray and allow it to dry at room temperature. Avoid using a Styrofoam head or mannequin as this may stretch out the cap.

 *Do not comb or brush when wig is wet.

 *When completely dry, simply brush or use a pick comb into the desired style.

Styling

 *For tight, curly, or ringlet styles try the “Shake & Go” method, or gently lift and separate the curls with a pick comb or your fingers. Do not brush.

 *For wavy styles with loose curls, brush lightly with a wig styling brush or a pick comb, using short lifting strokes.

 *For long curly styles, use your fingers or a pick comb to gently lift and separate the curls. Do not Brush.

 *For straight styles brush in long, even, gentle strokes. Starting at the bottom, gently comb the hair using a downward motion, with a wide-tooth comb or finger style. Gradually move up until you have combed all the hair. Never begin combing at the top or middle. It will damage and tangle the hair.

Important Care Tips!

*Use products (cleansers, conditioners, brushes, etc.) specially designed for wigs.

*Be gentle!

*Wash with cold water. Never wash with hot water, this can damage the fibers of hair and compromise the style/structure of your wig.

Wash only as often as you need to. This will prolong the life of your wig/hairpiece.

*Never twist/wring/squeeze your wig.

*Avoid sleeping on the wig. This may compromise its style/structure.

*Never expose your synthetic wig to heated styling tools such as hair dryers, curling irons, or other heat sources.

How can enjoy a free shipping policy?
Free shipping on orders over $69. Both shipping costs and shipping method should be subject to what is stated on the Payment Page, and this may vary for different delivery destinations.

How soon will I receive my package after my order placed?
There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your package.

1. Item Processing Time: The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually, it is around 5 to 7 working days to process.

Why the order is divided into multiple packages?
Due to a large number of new orders, our inventory is insufficient, so it takes some time to produce the goods, please understand. In order to enable you to receive the package as soon as possible, we will give priority to the goods in stock. The out-of-stock items will be sent to you immediately after the product arrives, so the order will be divided into multiple packages, please check!

In addition, you don’t need to pay multiple shipping fees. Orders that meet the free shipping do not need to pay shipping fees, and orders that do not meet the shipping conditions only need to pay one shipping fee.

Standard Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at gilwavo, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange unused merchandise in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
All items will be put into production Within 12 hours after we receive payment. Therefore, any cancellation after this time will incur a 20% material and processing fee. Generally, personalized/special orders are not allowed to be cancelled once production begins, so please double-check your personalized information before submitting your order,
If you insist on canceling your customized order, a 50% customization and material processing fee will be incurred. If you have any questions before placing an order, please feel free to contact our customer service representative.
Return and Exchange Instructions
1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for returns and exchanges must not exceed 30 days from receipt of the original order.
3. All items must be in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. Please use your local post office when returning goods. If we fail to receive the return package sent back via other carriers, the buyer needs to bear the loss.
5. When returning goods, any promotional gifts received must be sent together with the returned goods. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gifts will be deducted from the refund.
Note:
1. The return address is not the address on the package, so please contact our customer service first and obtain a return authorization.
2. The return and re-shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
3. Although you may have enjoyed free or underrated shipping, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. If it is a free shipping order, the postage will be deducted.
gilwavo will resend new products in the following cases.
1. The customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is damaged or defective. (For damaged or defective items, customers must contact gilwavo customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.)
Refunds
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the return package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account.
Please note:
Standard shipping costs before discounts will apply and are non-refundable. While you may have received free or discounted shipping, we do cover the original shipping costs for each order. Therefore, we do not refund original shipping costs.
