HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER
First method:
For the order status and shipping information of your package, you can refer to "Account" in the navigation bar in the upper right corner of our website. When you click on the "Account" button, there is a column called "My Orders" where you can see all the details about your order.
If you have received your order, please click on the "Confirm Delivery" button.
Step 1 Log in to"Account"
You should sign in first with the correct and the same email address and password that you used when you made the order.
Step 2 Click on “Account”.
In “My Orders”, You can check the shipping status of your order.
Step 3 In “My Order”, you can get an overview of your order history and status.

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries.
